We recruit senior management leaders for companies and have seen our regional base of clients / candidates continue to expand. Wilmington Group brings an active voice from the Venture / Private Equity world that allows us to work with smaller / mid-sized clients on their initial growth combined with the knowledge of traditional energy recruiting. Our search consultants also recruit for integrated power companies, independent power companies, public power companies and the supplier organizations who provide solutions to them.
We work predominantly on operations (development, engineering, plant management, project management, supply chain) and sales / business development / marketing (new product development, global business development, energy trading) from manager to C-level assignments. We also compliment this business model with other divisions that support IT / Legal / Finance.
