Originally from the Midwest, Lisa moved to Wilmington from Cincinnati, OH where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Marketing and Research from Miami University.  For over 4 years Lisa has been recruiting in the medical industry assisting her clients in identifying key individual contributors through executive level talent.  Lisa’s experience includes placing healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines in hospitals, community-based facilities, long term care and private practice.  She has also achieved  success in placing clinical/medical professionals in Pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech and Medical Device companies.

With ten years experience managing client relationships Lisa has established trust by collaborating with key personnel across multiple functional areas.
