Kelly Thomas is a seasoned recruiting professional of ten years. Even before her career began, Kelly had a keen interest in finding solutions for people and business, which led her to NC State University where she attained a BS degree in business with a concentration in human resources. She quickly put her education to work by becoming the Human Resource Manager for a large healthcare provider, with hiring responsibility at all levels of the organization.
With an eye on transitioning into the staffing industry, Kelly joined a high volume temporary staffing firm where she placed accounting, administrative, customer service, healthcare, and manufacturing candidates in a wide variety of industries.
For over four years at Wilmington Group, Kelly has been entrenched within the healthcare operations team and has developed long lasting relationships within her network of experienced pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and other allied health and administrative level professionals.
Kelly loves calling the beautiful seaside city of Wilmington, NC home where she resides with her husband, Bryan, and son, Banks.
