Founder and President / CEO of Wilmington Group in 1996, a graduate from Purdue University, and a MBA from UNCW, Mr. Sears has held senior level director and vice-president positions with global companies that included international overseas P&L and business development responsibilities.
The primary area of his executive search efforts are concentrated within retained senior level talent.
Mr. Sears spends additional business concentration as a founding partner of Azalea Research (Pharmacuetical Trial Organization) and PTI Partners (Executive Search) He also founded and started two staffing and contract firms, including an MRI franchise Carlyle & Conlan, Inc. (Raleigh, NC), and InterimIQ. His off-hour passions include flying as an IFR pilot, struggling with lowering a 12 handicap, and captain/player of two 3.5 USTA tennis teams.
As a frequent speaker at universities and industry conferences, Mr. Sears is nationally recognized as an expert in providing retention strategies, and performance RPO's. He is currently working on his CSM certicifications.
